People who I really like. A miner is one of the strongest, most alluring people in the world. Everyone should love miners and strive be like them.
Someone who "mines" the good stuff out of the gorp on outdoor trips, leaving nothing but peanuts and raisins. In context, the term "miner" is also used as they are usually eating gorp when their behavior is noticed. Gorp stands for Good Old Raisins and Peanuts. Crap is a more modern term as it stands for Candy, Raisins And Peanuts, though this term is less well know.
