According to Twitter, a pedophile is someone who loves fictional characters, regardless of whether the character is an adult or not. For example, if you like Rebecca from Cyberpunk, you are considered a pedophile according to Twitter because the creator confirmed her as a loli, despite her having no childlike appearance apart from being short.
