Undercover police officers that walk around parking lots at concerts or other events looking for any minors drinking alcohol, smoking marijuana, using tobacco, or any other illegal thing you can think of. They will dress in common street attire and typically will be in small groups or spread out in the same area. Will present badge, ask age and for i.d., if you have done anything wrong they will arrest you. If you are a minor, they will usually call your parents and have them pick you up, but if they are assholes they might take you to juvenile detention. If you are an adult, jail. A very ridiculous group of people whom have nothing better to do with their lives than ruin other peoples nights.

Concert Goer (myself) #2: Sorry dude I got arrested in the parking lot by the Excise Police because I was smoking a cigarette and I had seven joints in my cigarette pack. I'm in deep shit!

Police department known for their use and sales of confiscated drugs. To be a cop who has a dildo hidden in his ass found during the rectal cavity search while being booked into jail for having $20,000 worth of stolen meth from the police locker with a hooker in his van.
Sgt. Trimble was a cop for the Urbandale Police until he was busted for having stolen meth from the locker and a dildo up his ass and a hooker in his van.

When police use excessive or otherwise unwarranted force against an often (but not always) innocent person. The victims are usually blacks, Muslims, and/or students. Often times the police department will investigate (oftentimes part of a cover-up) just enough to say they did with no real effort to punish the officers involved,letting them off with a reprimand or a months suspension for what would be a felony for the rest of us. If the officers involved are prosecuted the prosecutors will usually conduct just enough of a prosecution to say the officers were prosecuted or the officers friends in the department will hamper the prosecution, which often relies on the police department for evidence.
In an act of police brutality the UCLA campus police tazed a Muslim student as he lay helplessly paralyzed and handcuffed on the ground, because he refused to stand up. They said there actions were necessary to protect the safety of UCLA students.
