These people tend to be a mess, emotionally and physically, as well as having the possibility of being born from two relatives with a mental condition, the slightly handicapped child being dubbed a "limp lettuce."

A term to use when someone is doing a bad thing and u are jealous of them or in other cases u can use the term skinny little lettuce to show anger and rage. Then people will be confused on what u are saying to them and will laugh like a dinosaur on drugs trying to catch a fly but then fell off a cliff
