A pointless phrase that is most often used on the internet.
It is used to whore for attention, because if someone is asking whether or not he or she is the only one, he or she should already know that the answer is "no," yet proceeds to ask anyway. Thus, "am I the only one" disguises a statement of opinion as a question.
It is also used to convince oneself that one's opinion is a unique, nonconformist take on things and everyone else are sheep (or worse yet, sheeple).
Idiot: Am I the only one who doesn't care about Iron Man 2?
Dude: No, idiot. Everyone else who doesn't care about Iron Man 2 doesn't waste their time looking for discussions on Iron Man 2.

For someone special . Eyes only is jargon used with regard to classified information. Whereas a classified document is normally intended to be available to anyone with the appropriate security clearance, an "eyes only" designation, whether official or informal, indicates that the document is intended only for a specific set of readers.
So when a girl said this to a boy he must respect it and do better.he should not show it to nobody. And the the girl must use it only for a special one.

A phrase used to tell somebody that the only form of mountain biking you participate in is downhill, park riding. Made popular by Matt Dennison, and Jason Lucas in their song "I Only Ride Park." Used among "park rats"
