A slang term used by big city police describing a beating a resisting suspect receives. Usually a beating made up mostly of kicks to the body of a suspect who is down on the ground. Often given out after a car chase or foot pursuit as a punishment for putting innocent lives in danger or just running from the police.
After the police caught the suspect he resisted arrest, at which point, they put the boots to him.

A term four McDonald's chicken mcnuggets coined by Slick in the mid to late 1990's. Boots and wheels describes the shape of the famed breaded poultry product sold by McDonald's. It was once believed that the 'boots' were made from white meat and the 'wheels' were made from brown meat.
Slick, " Can I get a ten piece boots and wheels, medium sized with a coke?"
McDonald's employee, "Excuse me, what? C
Slick, "And some honey mustard dipping sauce."
McDonald's employee, "Uh okay."
