The various locations where Jewish kids 6 to 16 are shipped off every summer to give their parents and nannies a break from them. They all go for years and years and learn to love it and are turned into good little Jewish boys and girls. Often the location of the first kiss, first hand job, first... well let's just say there are a lot of firsts at Jew camp. (For a good example see the movie Wet Hot American Summer)
Jamie Smith: Hey what are you doing this summer?
Rachel Cohen: Oh I'm going to Jew Camp duh!
Jamie Smith: Oh.. yeah I go to church camp.
Rachel Cohen: Yeah.. um we have sex in the gazebo and go water skiing...

a place where parents send their children summer after summer. usually the place where a child experiences their first kiss, first boyfriend/girlfriend, lots of firsts. a place where everyone is your bestfriend, all the counselors are your family, and you trust everyone. a place where there are no secrets, everyone knows everything.
Jenny: What are you up to this summer?
Mike: IM GOING TO SUMMER CAMP, OF COURSE!

One of a long line of chicken-little wannabes. Greatest claim to fame was conning thousands of Christians into re-painting their mini-vans and holding placards declaring May 21 2011 to be the end of the world (biblical rapture). Camping's other claim to fame was the same stunt, back in 1994, which goes to prove that the average American has a memory like your average goldfish.
So, are you serious, or are you just Harold Camping about it?

A wonderful camp for girls, where many activities take place and two teams (Nolichucky and Watauga) compete for the cup at the end of the summer. Some of the classes include sailing, tennis, archery, guitar, pottery, and many more. There is gift giving, parties, plays, trips to town, and a lake for swimming. It's a great place to spend the summer.
