A sarcastic, ironic, irreverent take on the original phrase "couldn't care less." Just like with "couldn't care less," this phrase simply means that one does not care. In this case, it is intended as an ironic insult, since it prompts the other person to reason out that the only reason it would make sense to say "I could care less" instead of "I couldn't care less" is if they cared some and yet still extremely little. It's an insult delivered as a sarcastic compliment.
It's like if the TV is on really loud, and someone says, "can you turn it up?" That's a sarcastic comment on how loud it is. Just like "I could care less" is a sarcastic comment on how little you care.
Over time, it became so commonplace that people forgot it was sarcastic and just say it straight to mean "I don't care."

Maybe the business that refuses to give employees full-time so that they don't have to pay for health or dental insurance should be held accountable for the quality of life they provide for their employees because even though the skill required is low they need an indefinite amount of labor. Labor that consists of staving off the homeless crackheads and panhandlers that frequent the store and scraping shit off the floor because people (apparently) don't know how to use a toilet. I can't work more hours because the managers have labor quotas and don't have any ours to give. And that applies to BOTH of the jobs I'm working. I already AM spending less money because the only thing I pay for is bills and food and drink. I eat one meal a day now. 'WeLl gEt AnOtHeR jOb!' Says the retard. Even doing that would lead to a transitory period where I would run out of money because jobs never start new employees at the beginning of a pay period. Meaning it would take at least a month for me to get a full paycheck. Hopefully I can convince my landlord not to evict me until I get paid. I would literally have to save up money to be able to afford to switch jobs to a job where I make more money. Assuming that anyone hires me (which would also take time). You come here and do it. I can sit and regurgitate my opinion into the ether for and hour and I can do it better than YOU, so, let's see you come down to hell and do my thing. They have to weaponize schizophrenia at you too. Let's see it."
A business leader who pretends to be a thought provoker (innovator) only to secretly align themselves willing patsy (proxy) of an larger agenda that benefits them directly or the groups they’re aligned with for the sole purpose of control and/or greed.
They fear exposure and pivot to join the bandwagon successful business leaders who take calculated risk without worry of corporate judgment or backlash.
Did you hear about Steve Jobs-less over at Company X that required all workers to come back to the office during Covid? Regardless of the fact the company made record profits and higher productivity, all because the President said we should.
As a result, they loss all of their experience workers to other competitors moving away from they old business model and then they suddenly walked back their policy due to revenue loss. They knew they never needed their workers to be the office in the first place, especially with the type of work they do. It’s ridiculous.
