b) much like Beer Goggles, but it applies to all time of the day.
note: can be applied to other small colleges.

Goo Goggles:-
Goo Goggling is the act of ejaculating onto the closed eyes of a recipient, thus giving the impression that they are wearing 'goggles', but are infact covered in seminal fluid.
Goo Googles can be given to a sexual partner as a sexual act, or can be striken upon an un-willing recipient in an act of humiliation. Goo Goggles can be used as punishment, where instead of the recipients eyes being closed they are forced open and recieve seminal fluid directly onto their eyes.

Wearing your "love goggles" is a mental state a person enters when they are so deeply and hopelessly in love that they are convinced thier partner is nearly perfect. They may comment on how wonderful thier partner's body is, or how handsome or pretty they are, when in reality, they aren't. It's similar to wearing "beer goggles", where all women look beautiful after you've had a few, but without the alcohol; "love goggles" is a similar effect that is based on emotion.
"Hey baby, you have such a hot body, you're built like a weightlifter".

Phenomenon in which one's consumption of alcohol makes physically unattractive persons appear beautiful. Gillis goggles is a more intense and severe version of the classic "beer goggle" phase. While "wearing" gillis goggles, literally anyone/anything is fair game.
