Geared Income (welfare) is a form of monetary contribution (taxes) made on behalf of the government to only the laziest and most useless human beings. In an effort to keep track of the scum of society better and study their breeding habits, the government decided to house them in large clusters, called "geared income housing units" (ghetto) To ensure that the sub-humans don't die off before the government decides to kill them off, free health care is also offered. (rabies vaccine) the working class largely fund this experiment. Geared income recipients have more spending power than those who work for a living, because the government has pampered them in order to keep them colonized.

Sexual act involving a male partner urinating on a second (or multiple) partner(s) to remove sperm previously ejaculated on his/her's face. A game developed exclusively for the most expensive platform ever created, the Xbox 360. The reason the game is not available for the PS3 is because Epic wanted users to have to pay to play online, even though Microsoft is the one that gets the money. Had Gears of War been made for the PS3, it would NOT require a paid subscription to anything, users would be able to play for FREE.
Rich guy: OOOO! I cant wait to get Gears of War! Then I can give Microsoft even more money for Xbox Live.
Middle class guy: With my PS3, I dont pay a cent, not a cent, for online play.

The latter half of the Metal Gear video game series published by Konami and produced by rockstar director Hideo Kojima. Includes Metal Gear Solid (PSOne, later remade and published on the Gamecube as Metal Gear Solid: The Twin Snakes), Metal Gear Solid 2: Sons of Liberty (PS2, later rereleased with extra non-story missions on the PS2 and Xbox as Metal Gear Solid 2: Substance), and Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater (PS2).
The first MGS innovated a style of gameplay that would eventually lead to the explosion of the stealth genre (which would include well-noted titles such as Splinter Cell), which focused on avoiding enemies through stealth rather than engaging them in combat. MGS2 further developed the gameplay of its predecessor by adding new ways of navigating environments, as well as the ability to aim weapons in a first-person view.
All titles in the series are extremely story-heavy, and are notable for their graphic quality which is often years ahead of most other games, well-directed cutscenes, exceptional voice acting, and controversial postmodern concepts.
The series is generally regarded as one of the best ever produced in video gaming, and competes with efforts such as Ico as the most artistically relevent title to come out of the fledgeling genre.

G.A.S. is the most likely explanation for any musician who possesses more than the required number of his/her chosen instrument (ie more than 1), but is more usually seen in the miriad unnecessary musical accessories hidden around the victim's room - such as amplifiers, electronic tuners, fold-back speakers, amp stands, gigantic speaker and PA stacks, guitar polish, guitar polishing cloths, several grades of strings, multiple gig bags full of things which buzz, click or glow in the dark, and, and, and....
