Why was Jimmy throwing up and sweating?
Well, it turns out he has a case of the Brimleys.

It's basically a hybrid of nut job and head case. The term would most likely be used in describing a young person who has not yet been proven insane but has a long history of disciplinary issues and unacceptable societal behaviors.

The only way I’m going to get out of prison time is to flip a case I got coming up for armed robbery.
A person who exhibits extremely shifty behaviour (IE: Looking around excessively, wearing baggy clothing when it's warm out, sweating, shaking, breathing heavily, etc.). Usually turns out to be either some sort of sex offender, a shoplifter, or both.
