Someone who is arrogant, self-righteous, and over-talkative. This person thinks highly of him or herself, but realistically knows nothing other than how to whore for attention.
Not to be confused with the definition of stupid or naive.
My neighbor is naive, so I get why he sometimes does things that are stupid. Sarah Palin is a true retard, so I get why SNL made fun of her.

A fallacious name people most often use without knowing the real meaning such as "man, that movie was retarded". When really the real meaning of the word is referring to someone with special needs. Which when you use that word in such a silly sentence, think about the people around you that may know someone that they care about with special needs. So, before saying something is "retarded" just stop and think about what that word REALLY means.
"You are so retarded" (when really he is just calling the guy stupid)

A word that should be disbanded from society. People often use it out of context and do not understand what the word really means. Mental Retardation is a disability that affects millions of people. It does not mean stupid, dumb, ridiculous, annoying, or any other form of those words.
This person has a mental disability, but that doesn't make them "retarded". They are the same as anyone else.
