Boss Trops

It was a Legendary student at Siena College in Loudonville, NY. One of the most famous sayings in the Upstate New York College scene. Whenever someone is fist pumping to Taylor Swift or Miley Cyrus they are pulling a Boss. If someone plays smash the glass bottles on the floor game, by themselves, they are pulling a Boss. When a TH party goes late night the Boss Trops has been seen by numerous witnesses. He leaves behind tracks of dented floors and broken glass from thrown beer bottles. Now iโ€™m not condoning having too much to drink, but if drinking were an olympic sport the Boss Trops would win the gold medal than get it taken away from him for trying to use it to pay for a drink at the bar later that night.
Even Frank Sinatra said "I feel sorry for people who don't drink. When they wake up in the morning, that's as good as they're going to feel all day."
Chuck Norris out shotgunned the Boss once. Then the boss hit him in the head with a bottle, then drank all of Chuck Norris's Beer

"Boss Trops said you shut up!"
"Did this house get hit by a hurricane, or was Boss Trops here last night?"
"Only the Boss can shotgun a bottle of vodka."
"Little kids, dont go to college, the Boss is there waiting for you"

Boss-zone

When you have affectionate/romantic feelings for your boss, but company policy doesn't allow dating between management and employees, so one has to put their feelings aside for the sake of professionalism. Used in the same manner as 'friend-zone', or 'bro-zone'.

Employee 1: Hey why don't you and John date?
Employee 2: Company policy doesn't allow. I've got to boss-zone him.

Employee 1: Hey I think you and Employee 2 have a shot. Why not go out with them?
Boss: I can't. I got boss-zoned.
