Cybernetix Core is a human brain which displays exceptional intellectual ability or originality, typically to a degree that is associated with the achievement of new advances in a domain of knowledge. Basically a very advanced human brain.
Albert Einstein's cybernetix core is very advanced and knowledgeable.
The filling in the center of a poptart.

This is a new version of the phrase mission statement. These are normally vague and cheesy goals/objectives that cannot be measured.
It's similar in principle to family values but not quite as sinister.
"Our core values are respect, development, empowerment and truthiness"
i.e. we really like these words, they sound great but we sure as hell aren't going to stop selling landmines to rebel armies in Africa.
