usually a middle aged, blonde haired women with bob hair cut. Who makes drama everywhere and feels entitled, and thinks she more deserving then everyone else, they also have a big "no video policy" so that them being dumb doesn't go on the internet for people to make fun of. This also shows that they know their being dumb.
Karen: *Not wearing mask*.
Manager: Umm, you have to put it on because of safety protocols.
Karen: I have a medical condition!
Manager: I'm calling the cops then.

Your old boss with no experience in your field who gets hammered drunk at lunch and then wants to “speak to you for a sec.” Usually spotted by her irrationally highlighted a symmetrical hair cut that no straight man would ever want to sleep with.

A middle aged white women who is typically anti-vax and anti-mask and drives ether a mini van or a really expensive cars. There alway insane christians. There rude racist bigots.

"Karen" is not a sexist, racist, or "based on class" word. Anyone, be them male or female, white, black, or other, rich or poor can call a woman a "Karen", and "Karen's come in all races, and classes. Calling a woman a" Karen" merely denotes her MANY annoying and boisterous personality traits. These traits include (but are not limited to): an excessively high sense of self importance and entitlement, highly opinionated, short tempered, illogical, impatient, know it all, fatally authoritarian, ect.
The stereotypical "Karen" is seen as a short haired, middle aged, high middle to upper class white woman with an overactive superiority complex as well as being a know it all who seems to derive enjoyment from publicly humiliating those she deems inferior to herself.
"No Karen our BOGO for a $1 does not mean you can buy a large water and get a double bacon quarter pounder for a $1 that's just not how it works."
