When you blast a girl in the eye and then kick her. Why this is attractive to anyone is beyond reason. Often results in being shot by the receiver.

A sexual 'move' where the male dips his penis into some mango juice (although other juices are sometimes used) and proceeds to poke his partner in the eye with it, causing excruciating pain (hence one eyed).
