The Fire Nation only tries to help other nations of the Avatar world move into the future but Water Tribesmen along with their mentally retarded minds cannot understand the benefits of Fire Nation hegemony which is why water tribesmen need to be killed off.
The Fire Nation is always constantly under attacked by idiotic Water benders, internal communists like Iroh and Ursa, Maoist "Freedom Fighters", and avatars like Aang who could care less about "the balance" and only wish to spoon feed their Marxist agendas to people in the avatar world.

An all-knowing, all-seeing organization which in allowed Iraq to ship all of their biological and chemical WMDs to Syria by having Charter members Russia and France drag their feet in refusing to ratify unilateral military action under the obvious guise of "diplomatic negotiations" AKA Food for Oil program
Then after the United States and ITS ALLIES proceeded to enforce 1441, they cried foul, blood for oil, etc. And for the icing on this cake, the UN secretary general now says that the U.S. engaged in a totally illegal military action.

A confusing term and increasingly politically correct term that is legally undefined, but generally refers to the indigenous peoples (the "first peoples") of Canada. The use of the term Native American is uncommon in Canada; though technically correct (as Canada is part of the North American continent), Native American generally refers more specifically to indigenous peoples of the United States. Native Canadian is not commonly used, but terms such as natives and autochthones (Canadian French) are.
Technically, First Nation discludes those of Inuit or Metis descent, though all these groups constitute "Aboriginal peoples" in Canada.
The term is rarely used in the United States in reference to the native peoples inhabiting its borders.
