In Dungeons and Dragons, it’s when you make a perfect roll and everything goes right, most of the time, if your DM isn’t awful. DND players use this term to describe a total victory in real life.

A line of mums and pushchairs usually moving at the pace of the slowest toddler whilst completely blocking the pavement with complete disregard for other pedestrians.
Usually seen during the school run, such mums are usually having conversations about how trollied they got on Jägerbombs the night before, or how Kiyanne is a lazy bastard who needs to get a job.
"Sorry I'm late for work, I got stuck behind a Rolling Mumblock"
A combination of cartwheels and somersaults at high velocity whilst spraying shit within the fecal zone.

A character who is kind and sweet and goes through more pain then they deserve.

A Cimmanon Roll is a delishous dessert that mainly consists of flour, cimmanon, sugar and butter which provide a sweet flavour.
“Wow! These cimmanon rolls you made are amazing!”
A group of friends who are amazing and will do some pretty crazy things with you. You're a really lucky human to be a Sinnamon Roll (part of the Group).
A: "Have you heard that Connor is part of the Sinnamon Rolls with Meta, Bella, Yaw and Audrey?"
B: "Yeah! Tree, Alanna and Lem are in that group as well, right?"
A: "Yeah!"
