Excelling in these key areas can be done so through strong human capital, social capital, and/or ICT infrastructure.
A smart city enhaces the quality of citizens lives.
One who is afraid of a good time. Often times this person resides in the burbs. Cannot accomplish tasks like someone who lives in the city can. A simple combination of the word city and being a pussy.

At some point he read the Turner diaries and then carried out a terrorist attack that killed 168 people. Including 19 children.
