Kym says "I only excersize for my own self, not to look hot".

When someone is able to stand up for themselves in a confrontation.

In the office, Jack hit Oliver over the head with a keyboard. However, Oliver was able to hold his own by confronting Jack and hitting him in the head with a laptop.
