A large plate with either huge servings of one to two dishes or smaller servings of multiple dishes. A plate fit for a very hungry superhero after saving the world.
I'm going to make a hero plate and then pass out from food coma.
The dudes who buff out together during the day at the local municipal "fitness" park, with only the steel bars to practice on, but can also enjoy a delightful night at the pub with the lads.
