Community College Intellectual

A person who has taken 100 level classes at the local junior college in philosophy, psychology, and literature and pretends to be an intellectual by sprinkling obscure references in everyday speech. Somehow a reference to Kierkegaard will suddenly show up when deciding which toppings should go on a pizza. Or some reference they heard from the show Big Bang Theory, without citing the source, about Schrödinger's cat will pop up because they think it will impress everyone.

"If John is so smart, why does he work as a dishwasher at Shakey's"

"Don't be fooled, John is a Community College Intellectual with an inferiority complex."

Speedo-intellectual

A person trying to sound a lot smarter than they actually are but also dress in a manner that leaves very little to the imagination.

That man at the beach was using fancy words but didn't quite know how to use them, but that's OK because he's packing it down there. He's a Speedo-Intellectual.

intellectual panhandling

Knowledge transfer without comprehension, or logical discovery. IE: Being trained vs. educated.

At a higher level this is akin to the Roman relationship with the Greeks, third world technology acquisition, and numerous examples.

The American Military engages in all kinds of intellectual panhandling.

Intellectual Sodomite

Someone who claims to be an intellectual and selectively revises any subject matter to conform with an argument that supports their identity. Essentially ass raping facts and selectively picking information to make non-existent points that support their confirmation bias and support their own idea that they are an intellectually deep thinker capable of resolving ideas no one else can.

Karen destroyed the conversation at philosophy club with her intellectual sodomy by claiming that Nietzsche must have been a eunuch because there is no historical evidence of him sharing any dick paintings with women. Intellectual Sodomite
