Raymond Moment, a term created by Sawyer Rüzgar Atalay, means that when one does something or feels like they did something a retarded person would do.
Example 1: Jimmy, who got a bad grade on his math test, even though he studied for it, had a big Raymond Moment, and felt it too.
Example 2: When Jack forgor 💀 his school schedule, even though he has been in the school for five months, is having a Raymond Moment
