An excellent ending to an amazing series. I almost shed a tear several times in the campaign.
If you're good, multiplayer is more fun and addicting than any other Gears game. It's also a more serious choice for hardcore gamers too. Just because you have a KD of 10,000 in Call of Duty doesn't mean you'll be good at Gears of War (sorry, no camping here.).
Best game yet of 2011, as of the date this was written, and probably one of the best Xbox 360 exclusives that you'll ever play.
*SPOILER ALERT*
For those who aren't concerned about the campaign but are curious about how it ends, this is what happens:
Dom dies saving the crew from the Locust/Lambent, the crew finds out immulsion is a parasitic life form that turns whatever comes into lengthy contact with it into a mindless zombie, Adam Fenix (Marcus' dad) dies after setting off a neutron-type bomb that kills only immulsion after injecting himself with it to see how it spread, The Locust Queen dies, Marcus and Anya repopulate the world together, and Carmine survives. There, you now know the major plot points of the Gears of War 3 campaign.

Individual that works a 9-5 corporate job. Once the clock hits 5, you can find such individual riding a bike around town. Cut-off shorts are not required, but a casual Friday look will due.

A revolutinary Series that will continued to be loved for years to come. Other Games have tried to beat MGS at it's own game (i.e. Splinter Cell) but don't even come close. Once you've played a Metal Gear Solid game, you will never forget the great time you had playing this game. Directed by Hideo Kojima, the best game maker ever, and music by Harry Gregson-Williams the greatest music composer ever, It will never be forgotten in the gaming world. (Unlike Splinter Cell)

Metal Gear Rising is an entry in the series Metal Gear Solid, where you play as Raiden as he fight people that look like they work at Chuck E. Cheese.
It is also used by edgy teenagers when they make an unfunny bait and switch meme, even though they never played the game in their entire life.
Person 1: Bro did you see the new Metal Gear game?
Person 2: I literally came when I first saw it.
Person 3: Metal Gear Rising is gonna be game of the year!
