The lies and Ex tells about you because he/she is a bitter twisted freak because you dumped him/her or have moved on faster then he/she would like. (You know what I am talking about Matt!!!)
Here are some ex-lies
Ex "I broke up with her she is gutted a real mess" (yeah right as if mate!!)
Ex "I am going to tell you new Fella you were cheating on him on the weekend to break you up." (There is no way in the world I would do that he is wonderful no one else comes close & he knows that. I only cheated on you because I wanted out and to get caught so you would listen to me when I said it was over)
Ex "Your boyfriend has been threatening me" (Yeah right he doesn't even know who you are! Thats how insignificant you are)
Ex "I know where you live now"
Later in the same threatening conversation Ex "I will follow you home from work to find out where you live" (Thought you already said you knew! Well I know where you live and now so do the police so harrass me again and I will have you arrested!

Someone who was once a hypocritical conformist who saw the bullshit in it all. Then, they became a hypocritical non-conformist (really just the early stages of getting used to how full of bullshit they still are after years of it). From this point on, they will peel layers of bullshit away year by year (sometimes by choice, other times from hard unsavory lessons that have the power to scar minds). They will never be well-adjusted, and, in the end, see no reason to be.
An ex-conformist is someone who just said, "Fuck it." Only for them, this was not a stage. They revel in this self-realization while feeling the pain of their knowing human flaws, often leading them to despise the human race, who are often busy calling them conformists or criticizing them for being full of themselves and thinking they're not conformist FOR THE REST OF THEIR LIVES (often leading to self-destruction). Really, two definitions here. Oh, well. Fuck it.

a person working outside their own country, sometimes on a fat corporate contract, sometimes as a foreign expert, sometimes just as an English teacher.
Often their pay is considerably higher than the locals and they live a life of wanton pleasure while working as little as possible.
Other times, like as an English teacher, they live better than locals but not by much and spend their leisure time searching for the best deals on local beer.
Female ex-pats tend not to get laid and grudgingly accept celibacy. Largely because they don't like the locals and the male ex-pats aren't interested in them.
The male ex-pats often receive underserved hero/rock star status from the locals, especially in Asia, and get more local pussy than they know what to do with. Which is why they ignore the ex-pat females.
Dude #1: "Hey mate, why is that ex-pat chick always so bitter and grouchy?"
Dude #2: "Because she hasn't had sex since she arrived in Asia."
Dude #1 "Really? Damn, I'm in ex-pat heaven with all the local action I'm getting. I couldn't get laid to save my life back in the UK".

Examples:

etc.
I changed the title of the book to "s- exploring S- extreme Environments". LOL

A female who thinks she owns a man even after the divorce is finalized. The female usually jumps at every opportunity to bitch at the man.
"My ex-wife is always bitching at me. This cunt got everything and it wasn't enough. I feel kinda bad for this unhappy twat."

The practice of sending provocative text messages between exes. Generally begins innocently enough and escalates to sexting. Ends with one or both people needing to delete their sent and incoming text messages.
"You going to the bar tonight?"
"Nah, I am kind of tired, I will probably stay in and sext with an ex instead."
