Should have left it with one hour of zumba yesterday! Have a bad muscle hangover today and cant lift a cup of coffee!

The biggest symptom is a large headache, which may or may not be pulsating to the beat of the last song you were listening to. However, other symptoms are likely to occur, depending on what type of music you were listening to, as well as how you were listening to it (for example, you may feel slightly dizzy after listening to metal and hxc, due to headbanging)
Person 1: Dude, I think I listened to too much dubstep...

Headache derived from repeatedly having one's head banged against the headboard during sex.
This morning's walk-of-shame included a raging headboard hangover.
The feeling associated with with waking up and knowing immediately you failed at something the night before. This feeling can be anything from sadness to anger to dejection.

A Hangover Joe is someone who just drinks way to much, someone who gets intoxicated quite often.
