When a person is mentally incapable of functioning whilst having any sort of mobile device in front of them. Typically characterized by open, slack jaw, glassy eyes and a zombie-like sway or teeter.

"Ashley! Ashley! I've been talking to you for well over minute and you've gone all phone dumb".

Dumb-wit

Someone who is being very stupid in the moment and can’t live.

dumb dingo

When a highschooler degrades a middle schooler or anyone younger then them by only a year even if they are smarter and more mature than them and all the highschooler says is bs. Or when a guy is being really stupid. You would call this highschooler a dumb dingo or and ignorant freshman.

The upmost form of being a low IQ dickhead.

Example in a sentence: Donald Trump is a dumb dickhead.

A dumb a** name is common used by DRUNK parents or DUMB parents!

I gave my child a dumb a** name and now they get bullied.
