Neo-Dove is the nickname of the drug 4-floroamphetamine, or 4-FA. 4-FA is an amphetamine that causes euphoria, empathy, and very mild hallucinations similar to MDMA (Ecstasy.) It also has similar stimulant effects as other amphetamine class drugs.
I did 200mg of Neo-Dove last night at a party. Felt like I was rolling for about 6 hours.

Neo-hippie (or just hippy) is a name given to modern hippies, who, while retaining some aspects of the '60s hippie movement, have changed in some areas, for example by embracing punk values of anarchism, anti-establishmentarianism, feminism and acceptance of homosexuality.
Along with goths they form part of the middle-class backlash against chavs, seeking to disassociate themselves with what is seen as a working class, conventional standard, they have created their own distinct youth subculture.
Often seen on skateboards, listening to Green Day/Nirvana, moshing, wearing Vans (wide tonged skate shoes) and/or combat trousers.
There is nothing wrong with being a hippy.

A person who thinks its cool to wear calf high black boots with shorts with red laces and suspenders that have safety pins on them. Could quite also be number 1 and/or 2 on your bring a gun to school list. Might also have shaved head and wear completely black clothes

Someone from suburbia who sees hippies as a way to find some identity and be "original" and can't have ideals without taking on some sort of stereotypical act. Most neo-hippies come from suburbia and don't do much to save the world other than go to concerts, smoke pot, and maybe vote democrat or for the green party. Most of them think they are outside the mainstream, while the mainstream mocks them with hippy leaning commercials and sells hippy style clothing because it's what's in and sells to those surbubia kids who want to be rebellious(go look in most stores and you will see its the in clothing). Basically, a neo-hippy is the same as a goth, a prep, whatever, and they have no originality and call themselves names like gypsy and such because they can't take a real effort to be themselves or original for that matter.
