New Zealanders

Types of New Zealanders:

- Aucklanders
- Mongrel mobsters
- Islanders
- Bogans
- Deep Southerners

Aucklanders are trying to fit in with the rest of the world and assimilate with American culture by creating over-dramatised reality TV shoes and watching too many movies. In reality they are struggling to find their kiwi identity because they are so locked into their metropolitan lifestyle.

Mongrel mobsters are Maori folks who are pissed at the racial injustices of the past and lash out against the Pakeha imperialist regime through violent anarchy and civil disobedience. All mongrels are dangerous but not all are immoral. Some mobsters work a positive change in their communities by fucking up any dickheads who try to sell harmful drugs to their whanaungatanga.

Islanders are other Polynesian folks who have immigrated to Aotearoa. Islanders are usually devout Christians who love wearing their church clothes and lava lavas, sipping kava and eating pork roasts.

Bogans are rural nutcases who enjoy drinking beer, driving beat up Holdens, and listening to Metallica. They typically have long mullets, few teeth and no shoes.

Deep Southerners are usually white folks of Scottish descent who live in the cold, isolated district of Otago and speak with a thick accent, if they speak at all. Southerners are quite possibly the most hard case, tight lipped people you will ever meet and don't take shit from any pussy arse townies.

Don't sell P to New Zealanders or the mongrel mob will fuck you up.

New Money

New Money is a term for people who made or earned their wealth on their own accord, they were not born into a wealthy family or grew up in wealthy culture. Sometimes used disparagingly by Old Money, in reference to the lack of refinement or sophistication of New Money people.

People who are new money are generally unfamiliar with the "culture of wealth" in America. They may spend their money on different things and associate with a more diverse crowd (other New Money), as opposed to Old Money. Examples of new money would be all these high-tech start-up guys who are fresh out of college, compared to Old Money individuals, who's wealth comes from a variety of inlets and may be recognizable by family name (i.e. the Hiltons, the Kennedys).

We don't associate with Scott and his family, they are new money and don't share the same values as us.

Fox News

A member of the Corporate News Media consortium, which includes the BBC, CNN (Blatantly named, "Corporate News Network"), ABC, (MS)NBC, CTV (Canada), Sky Networks, and others, especially subordinates of News Corp of which Fox is a part. Fox News uses the motto, "Fair & Balanced", when the constant barrage of editorial segments broadcast each day prove the network to be anything but.

The New York arm of Fox News is the most infamous, featuring such figures as Bill O'Reilly & Sean Hannity in the evenings, Don Imus, Megyn Kelly in the "objective news part of the day", Eric Bolling (former Oil Industry stock broker) on the newly instated program 'The Five', and even a petulant child in the body of a man named Neil Cavuto, the latter of whom is a top executive in the network and an obnoxious voice against any economic policy that could restore North America's domestic economic strength.

Bill O'Reilly is one of the commentators on the program. While he used to be a journalist in his younger days, and had a tabloid news program on CBS, his entire stint at Fox News has been nothing but a giant insult to journalism today.

Ratings is one of the only defenses Fox News can rely on when other media figures, regardless of their scope in the global media emporium, call them out on their deceptive tactics.

New Hope

You can see the real character of the younger generation of New Hope by viewing the naive definitions apart from this one (greatly identified by poor spelling). New Hope has a lot of historical culture to it, and is widely known for its population of gays and artists (also in Lambertville, across the river). Students such as myself from New Hope are not always rich, although it is easy to classify those who have the "good life": their parents don't care about them, so they get high and smashed every weekend etc. New Hope parents send their kids to New Hope moreso for educational purposes, rather than sending their students to CB East (look up definition and you'll understand).

New Hope is about 45 minutes from Philadelphia and is loaded with shops and food services ranging from bakeries to restaurants. It rests on the Delaware River, and has a large bridge connecting it to Lambertville, New Jersey. Many tourists like to come here, but I barely ever see kids on the street there just to mock them - get over yourselves - kids have cars and are more than likely to be miles away doing something else. Unfortunately, New Hope is losing some of its charm with the addition of buildings such as Dunkin' Donuts.

The town itself is rather pricey, and yes, has many bikers and local people, but have you seen some of the bikes and cars that drive around here? We've had our share of Harley's, but as far as cars go I personally have seen Lamborghinis, new Jaguars, Bentleys, and just recently an Audi R8. There have also been sightings of Bam Margera around the area, and M. Night Shyamalan owns property in Bucks County (the county New Hope is in).

New Hope is a town with rich culture, expensive taste, unique shops. It's getting a bad name from the brats that think they know the town they barely spend time in, anyway.
