It routes from the word "Cop". It's pretty much like when a cop frisks you, they are touching you without consent. So when someone cops a feel they simpily feel someone up with out consent. The urban version only implies the feeling of genitalia and breast regions. It usually happens in crowded areas.

Normally beginning the night before a deadline, or a few weeks before exams, The Oxford Feeling is the slow realisation that there is simply not enough time to write an acceptable essay/pass exams. It is invariably accompanied by the feelings of complete and total stress, bewilderment, and helplessness.

When the temperature outside is +10 degrees Fahrenheit but the wind chill makes it feel like its -10 degrees Fahrenheit. Or if the temperature outside is +90 degrees Fahrenheit but the humidity makes it feel like it is +100 degrees Fahrenheit. Most people only want to know the temperature it feels like. Hence, the real feel temperature.
Person 1: The weather station said it is going to be ten degrees tomorrow, that's not to bad.
Person 2: Yeah, but they also said there is a wind chill advisory in effect for tomorrow.
Person 3: So what did they say the real feel will be? That's all I care about!
