Something that people under the age of 18 (aka minors) say to pull a gotcha moment. You’ll realize one day that “bozo” isn’t an actual insult, it’s a reality that you’re a minor and haven’t developed a brain yet child.
minor :you’re such a fucking bozo
adult: you sound like a child, because you are. I don’t argue with minors because your vision of reality is false and inaccurate.
A bozo is someone who doesn't deserve to have internet, social media or friends (though a bozo usually doesn't have friends anyway). The term bozo is often also used in combination with the word "ratio" if someone says "BOZO", "L bozo", or "L+Bozo+Ratio" and then gets ratioed done by their comment getting less likes than the original or responding comment, then that person is a bozo. But if the person who says bozo ratios the other person, the other person is a bozo.
If you see someone who you think is a bozo, or someone calling someone else a bozo, I recommend to not get into it usually because it very political and it is very easy to embarrass yourself online.

Usually referring to someone who is insanely in love with a artist/actor/musical artist to the point where they put them on their phones and hang up hella posters another sign of a bozo is someone who says silly shit for example “darn” or “golly” the last most prominent way to tell a bozo is when they laugh about every little thing
