pizza knees is what you get when you pick up a fresh pizza from the pizza parlor and hold it in your lap on the way home in the car.
I just picked up the pizza from Brothers' Pizza and now I have pizza knees.

2. to describe someone with jaffa knees (said quickly as one word, like "Japanese")
The use of 'Jaffa' is borrowed from the Jaffa chocolates - chocolate confectionery with an orange candy shell - describing the either particularly orange tan, or even dark brown (almost chocolate) color of the said knees

The definition of knee deep is simply deep in a situation. Yet, it's often used with negativity.. Such as.. I am knee deep in my own bile.
