Any story told to your parent(s) to soften an event that had transpired that would show you or your friends in the negative sense.
Usually used as a way of comforting your nervous or overprotective parents. Beware, seasoned parents will catch on to one of these MIGHTY QUICK. Be prepared to spill one or two of the less-raunchy details upon question or, simply, upfront.
Parental Alibi
Mom: "What did you all do while I was out?"
Offspring: "Nothing much. We watched TV, made popcorn, nothing much."
Truth
Mom: "What did you all do while I was out?"
Offspring: "We abused the furniture, got popcorn all over the living room, shorted out the kitchen circuit while using the microwave, and watched the raunchiest thing we could find on television.
1. Filipino parents are also like Asian parents, very obsessive about grades especially if you're in middle school.
Grading System:
A or ("A+" (If you are from the PH). ) = Acceptable/ nice grades
B = Lecture from parents (it varies from mom or dad)
C= crime, will accept a lot of bullying and "false" realization saying that "Your (family member) does have a good job and you don't appreciate it!"
2. If you are a kid ranging 4 to 11 years old, they will force you to sleep to afternoon. They say " Matulog ka sa hapon, bubugbugin kita!" It means in Filipino, " I'll beat you up if you don't sleep at afternoon!"
3. They are also very controlling.

"Sugar parents" phrase : A wealthy family with lots of money to spend on sponsoring a child that's not theirs so they can fill the hole their problematic marriage has left in their soul.
"I need money but I really don't have enough stamina for a sugar daddy "
" Just convince the Kardashians to be your sugar parents instead"
Just your typical every day parents you know yelling at you all the time, making you do all the chores in the house, yelling at you because u have a B in 3 classes and all A’s in others. Telling you your not good enough, stuff like that. Making you so pissed off you want to scream and cuss them out and baracade yourself in your room forever.

a deadbeat mom or dad who doesn't put any time or effort into encouraging, mentoring, or otherwise raising their son/daughter...but doesn't hesitate to play the part of Proud Parent as soon as the kid starts kicking ass at something, esp if s/he didn't play any part in said child's success.
That asshole tried to discourage drum lessons, argue against buying a kit, and doesn't spend any time with his boy...but he wants pictures and video of his son to show off now that he's getting good at drums? He's a bandwagon parent if I ever saw one.
