Thrill Kill

Thrill Kill is a fighting game that was developed for PlayStation by Paradox Development. It was cancelled by Electronic Arts a few weeks before shipping after EA acquired the original publisher, Virgin Interactive. In a release, EA stated that they didn't want to "publish such a senselessly violent game", as they felt that it would harm their image. They also stated that they deemed the game so offensive that they would not even attempt to sell the game to be released by another publisher either. Later, former employees that had worked on the game released the full game onto the internet, along with various beta versions. All are still widely available through filesharing.

Gameplay consisted of a closed 3D room where up to four opponents would fight to the death, and proceed to finish each other off with Thrill Kills, much like the fatalities of Mortal Kombat. Instead of the usual life bar, characters built up a kill meter. Once this meter was full, a player's character could activate a Thrill Kill move to brutally slay an opponent.

Thrill Kill was considered a technical feat for the PlayStation for allowing four players to fight simultaneously in the same room. Other content included revealing BDSM and fetishistic costumes, characters with amputated limbs and other handicaps and violent and sexual moves with names such as "Bitch Slap", "Swallow This", and "Head Muncher".

Me: Hey
Luke: Hey have you heard of that cancelled game thrill kill.
Me: Yeah i have it on copy, paradox secretly released it on the internet and well as other beta version.
Luke: Whoa! lets play!
Me: Sorry too violent for you little guy

Kill Em

Often used by groups of girls as a way to praise someone's actions. Either that or they literally mean they will kill you.

"Ooh, sharkquisha! Kill em!"

Or
"Let's kill em."

Kill Skuls

A meme largely among players of the MMORPG City of Heroes, "Kill Skuls" resulted from a post by the player of a character named "Fireplug". Much like the "All your base" phenomenon (although largely confined to the City of Heroes player base), the phrase spread among the gaming crowd as an inside joke. It was often invoked with viral phrases from other posts, most notably "Jerk Hackers" and "Gone to the Americas".

As the phenomenon grew a web site was created, and the developers of City of Heroes joined in on the fad in the forums. This eventually led to the phrase being put into the game in the form of graffiti in some areas of the game world, and a "Kill Skuls" badge wich was earned (amazingly) by defeating many members of the "Skull" gang.

The original poster has confirmed that the following was the message that started the fad:

--- Begin Paste ---

One of my secondaries (or tertiaries, or quarternaries, or whatever) reached level 9 yesterday. He's an Illusion controller, and I gave him the AE blind power.

I REALLY wanted to try this in a group, but nobody from my SG was on, so I took the chance of clicking the "seek team" button.

I was invited by someone, and immediately saw the group msg "Kill Skuls". I took off across the zone to find the team leader, when I saw someone else enter the team, and the leader again said "Kill Skuls".

He was all the way across the zone, so it took me a minute to get to him. I found him in a secluded lot, pressed up against the wall, just standing there.

I stood behind him for about three minutes. While I waited, I checked the missions, he had two "skul" missions, and seemed to be just standing there watching the numbers drop on them.

When I finally figured out that he had no intention of doing ANYTING himself, I did a "/G I should go kill skulls for YOUR missions while you sit in the middle of a lot with you thumb up your *^&%?", and quit the team

Why would anyone even bother to play this game if this is how they are going to do it?

The con men and the conned. I don't understand either one...

Kill the Limbo

A quicker, hipper version of, 'Make up your mind already!'

"I can't decide if I want to go out with you or not."
"Seriously, dude? Kill the Limbo."
"...Fine. I'll go out with your hotter older brother, instead."

stealth kill

Killing someone, usually in a game, without causing any kind of alarm, either to the victim or to the anyone else in the area. These are most used in stealth-um-up games such as Splinter Cell, Hitman, or Tenchu.
