A Shady Twink is another saying for a ‘small peepee’. The origins of such a celestial term comes from infamous Instagram user: redacted when their step mother had over heard them use “Shady Twink” in a sentence, ultimately assuming such term was related to a “small p*n*s” therefore creating a new definition for “Shady Twink”.

An insult used by a character named Patches Ito from the visual novel "Purrfect Apawcalypse", it is used against another character (Angel Grimalkin) to complain how Angel's body is slim, and the fact the two used to be dating before the games.

An insult said by a character from "Purrfect Apawcalypse: Patches' Infurno" by Patches himself. He uses this term by complaining how he has to live in another character named Angel's body, also calling Angel a twink.
(Fun Fact: Patches and Angel were dating at some point, so it's kinda understandable why he considers him a twink.)
