Being in a friend group you would know what this means, it means you say things you know could mess up your friendship with someone but knowing the people you hang out with is a crackhead to, being a crackhead is also just being crazy all the time and when you and all your friends in a group chat stay up until 5:30 am in the morning texting each other keeping each other up.

A crackhead is one who doesn't know how to function in society. It's also someone who has a brain, but chooses not to use it. They are also failures, and have no purpose other than to be a useless noodle.
