A high school in Lemont where most of the kids are either going to have lung cancer or an STD by the time they graduate. This school is filled with rich, entitled little shits that don't know how to keep their dicks in their pants or their tits in their shirts. They think it's cool to vape or smoke weed all over the school, and chances are there might be a hermit or two living up in the ceiling in the theater tech room. There's probably some chick in junior or senior year that's pregnant already, and nobody learns anything from health anymore, especially when it comes to sex ed.

All freshman girls are sluts and think their very cool. They have cool parties and get very drunk and ofter to suck guys dick’s all the time. Each girl sends daily nudes to each boy and are very easy to get with. They dye there hair fake blonde and flirt with every boy possible. The freshman boys are gross and hate all the Allentown Central Catholic boys because they “apparently” steal all their girls. The sophmore girls aren’t much better. They have better parties and often try to get with the older boys. Mostly juniors. The sophomores boys are very cute and date girls in their grade. Much better than the freshman class. The junior and seniors mind their own business and are very polite and the girls aren’t hoes like the freshman and sophmore class but they do like to have there fun. Lots of fun parties full of drinking and drugs!!!

This phrase can be used to describe people that routinely bring up high school when they are well into their 30's, because they haven't had a single exciting or interesting experience since their senior year, and as such their lives and themselves are said to have, "peaked in high school."
This term is often used when speaking disparagingly about an individual or group. This phrase can only be used appropriately after-the-fact (i.e. after individual/group leaves high school) to accurately gauge if (s)he qualifies for such status.
I have noticed a lot of athletes, clowns, and bullies peaked in high school, whereas geeks, nerds, and dweebs are often at the lowest risk of 'peaking', because their high school experience(s) leave them no where to go but up.

Rugby High School is a secondary school in Bilton, which is shit and is made out of cardboard. If you hit a wall hard enough the whole thing will come crashing down on the shitty sports hall which was a waste of its money. It runs off of the parents money which is prompted by the daily emails begging for money in return for prostitution. It’s full of yr7s who’s skirts can’t get any longer and hair can’t get any scruffier, yr8s who are sluttier than 2012 Lindsey Lohan, yr9s who still look like yr7s because they don’t have the ability to grow, yr10s who look like they don’t give a jack shit but inside they are pissing themselves, yr11s who warm everyone with their rbfs and yr12&13 who are crack heads
