A self-righteous, petty and entitled overgrown child who can’t handle minor inconveniences caused by other people’s solutions for their needs. Typically a white middle aged woman with pink yoga pants and Walmart running shoes.
1. Karen threatens to sue the police officer for escorting her out of a store after she refused to leave for not wearing a mask during a pandemic...disregarding the safety of those at risk of covid, because the mask made her uncomfortable
2. Karen refuses to leave a public park after the city closed it down to follow social distancing measures, because she “has the right to let her kids play at a public park when she wants”
3. Karen asks for the manager at McDonald’s and threatens to sue, because she slipped on wet floor next to a “caution: wet floor” sign. She claims that she didn’t see the sign because it wasn’t colorful enough and thus the employees should pay for her bruised leg.
4. There has likely never been a single instance in Karen’s life when she has viewed her behaviour from the eyes of other people. She lacks the capacity for empathy and self reflection, and is incapable of listening to reason.

Everybody has unfortunately had to deal with Karen at least once in their life. Karen beats on your door like the police because you've accidentally backed her car in for 30 seconds. Karen stares at you smugly with her arms crossed while you deal with the police she called because your family was having too much fun.
"Umm excuse me?! Can you PLEASE turn your music down?"
"Calm down Karen it's 4 in the afternoon."

She is the most amazing person you will ever meet. She is kind, caring, and is the nicest person I know. She can be funny but is very serious because she cares. You could drown in her laugh. Her laugh is so beautiful and it is contagious. She is the nicest person you will ever know.

A Karen is a type of person who will just piss you off. She took the kids away after you divorced because you didn’t put the toilet seat down or something stupid like that.
She has a haircut that goes to the bottom of the side of her head and she is a type of person who will update her diet on snapgram and she will take the kids to soccer practice
When she does her weekly shop she will aske to speed to the manager of her local Asda or Walmart.
Wife: shouts at me for leaving the toilet seat up
