People (esp. minorities) who live under the poverty line. Their sole purpose in life is to spread discord and chaos in the black community. They act as mindless automatons that wreak havoc among the inhabitants of their vicinity. The communities in which they reside in have their value lowered substantially. By the use and sale of narcotics(ex. crack, cocaine and other illegal substances) they manage to survive, and in fact thrive on the dependency drugs cause among their clientele.
I think i saw Tyrone on the corner selling crack. Its a shame really, he was such a good kid.

Essentially street politics played out according to a “gangsta” ethos; either in a “hood” per se, or more widely in national politics where the white-collar mafia ethos informs decisions, such as in the House and Senate of the United States of America.
We are running a country here and let me remind you that the bottom line in hood politics is not laws, not ideals, not it’s people; it’s money and it always has been.

a hood roach is a stereo type. it describes a coke snortin pill poppin dope head living off of food stamps and welfair with 6 different kids and 5 different babys daddys whos drunk on the weekends and has sex like she smokes (quite a bit) can sometimes be smelly, dirty, or dress very skanky.
