PLAS for short.
An awesome party exclusively for La Canada High School Seniors. It's held right before school starts in late August. Everyone wears their Senior T-shirts and gets PLAStered.
It's the first party of the year, and sets off Senior year with a great vibe of class camaraderie. It is rumored that several unexpected hook ups occur at this party.
There is also a Party Like A Second Semester Senior.
Senior 1: "Are you going to Party Like A Senior?"
Senior 2: "You mean PLAS? Hell yeah I'm going! VIVVAAA!"
Senior 1: "Cool. I heard it's going to be awesome. Remember that it's only for LCHS seniors. Don't be dope inviting those CV kids..."

I'm gonna tell y'all what a REAL "party dick" is.... it's when you're obviously drunk and whip that dick out and of course all the girls are like "oh gross!!! I can't believe he did that!!! I can't believe he did that!!!!" But then you, part dick guys' phone rings off the hook for the next month getting calls from those,same broads. That's a party dick. I coined it back in the 90's and "it" hasn't got old, yet.
Now that's a freakin party dick.

To "Party Pop" someone is just another way to "Cock Block" them, only better.
Right when someone is about to get some, you go in and ruin all their fun with a bunch of party poppers.
Note: Since no normal person really carrys around party poppers on a daily basis, this works best during New Years parties.
Guy: "Jordan is totally about to get laid right now."
Girl: "Lets go party pop him :D"
Next Day
Jordan: "Fuck you all right in the ass for party popping me last night."
