An ‘Ethical Model’ is someone with ethical beliefs and values and who wishes to make the world a better place through their work, activism, social media, and other platforms.
- We represent all kinds of ethical models: shapes, sizes, colors, ages, disabilities.
- Ethical models are the voices for positive change.

Model peddlers are people who hide behind models and theoretical frameworks because they are unable to think for themselves. They argue with you and defend their viewpoint citing academic models. They describe themselves and the world in terms of models like Clifton Strengths, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), DiSC and other models.
Why are they peddlers? Because they are trying to sell you on models to avoid having you discover they can't think for themselves. They are hiding their insecurities, personality deficiencies, and are intellectually disingenuous. Also known as a model whore or model guy.
There Roger goes again citing a model to convey his viewpoint. He is such a model peddler. He's always trying to sell us on this inane framework!
