National Couples Week is coming up so get yourself a girl quick!
New Couple Syndrome (NCS) is when a newer couple (1 month dating or less) constantly are talking about each other, being all lovey dovey in public, and being gross in public. This may also include canceling plans with friends to be with the partner, forgetting about friends, and being rude to friends for pointing out NCS.
“Hey did you see Emily cancelled our plans?”
“Yeah she has NCS and left us because of it.”
“What’s NCS?”
“New Couple Syndrome basically she left us for her new boyfriend.”
An unknown slightly awkward excuse to get out of being Friend-zoned. So you become a Couple without benefits. For your pleasure of course. Almost similar to bwb or gwb.

A couple with two attractive people, it's low-key toxic but they are the best for each other. One minute they are fine next they are yelling at each other then they break up and with a 3-7 day span, they are back together. Usually, their peers are confused about how they have lasted for so long. But in the end, they are adorable.

A baby shower where men are encouraged to attend, usually at the insistance of and with their significant other.
A phrase used to convince men that their attendance at a baby shower is expected or somehow a normal practice.
Note: This orgin of this phrase was traced to "O" magazine. Apparenlty, the author suggested the term's use to force men to attend these traditionally "women only" events during hunting or football season.

A couple (especially of college age) that has settled down and consistently pushes away all of their other friends so they can spend all their time together in a relationship. Often times this happens to close friends, and the relationship can mess up even the tightest of friendships over time.
"Man! Todd and Patricia are such a beached whale couple! Todd turned me down multiple times to go to stardollars with her! He used to be my friend!"
"Friend 1: Todd, why don't you hang out with your bro's anymore?
Todd: I don't have bro time so that I can have hoe time!
