The foaming that occurs in the back of your mouth while talking at full-on motormouth speed. Usually causes discomfort and interrupts rambling conversations.
Sarah: "...and then I was like, OMG that purse had Brianna's cell phone in it and I could totally hijack that and then--"
Mike: "And then..what??"
Sarah: "*gulp*Yeah sorry, I got conversation rabies for a moment there. So anyways..."
A boy (or man), unknown to all others by his birth right name. Basically a heart throb to all that know him as converse boy. Purely distinguishable by the shoes he has chosen to wear, placed on his feet( converse).
Girl: “hey do you know where converse boy lives? Where can I find converse boy”
Converse boy: “I’m converse boy, now watch a movie with me”
An eye-glazing lethargy induced by an individual that insists on explaining in depth a subject of little or no interest to his audience. More prevalent in mixed groups of engineers, scientists, and non-technical people.
"Laurie felt herself slipping into a conversational coma as a guy named Bob, a geologist she met at the party, insisted on explaining in detail why pyroxene and amphibole minerals were present in metamorphic terranes, whatever all that stuff is."
An incredibly jaw dropping statement guaranteed to bring any conversation to a screeching halt. Such as randomly dropping a slur or extreme political position.
"Hey did you remember last night when James made that conversational grenade of a joke?"
"Yeah he definitely went too far."

said of someone who gets you very excited about a story she or he just remembered, but then realizes she or he doesn't know it well enough to actually tell it, leaving you highly frustrated.
RJ - Oh that reminds of that great story! see, this guy, he...well, turns out he wasn't who is was, but...you know, it's funny because...he was pretending to be...shit, i don't remember the whole thing, nevermind.
