This peculiar term is very confusing. Even the creators of this term aren't quite sure what it REALLY means.
A person who is going to beat someone else may be serving them a tray of fail muffins. Or perhaps just one fail muffin. It depends on the size of the fail.
Or, it usually is used to describe something that really sucks.
You might tell someone to eat a fail muffin if they do something dumb. Or, you know, fail.
"Biology eats the fail muffin."
"Haha yeah, I hate Bio."
"1,2,3,4,5,7..."
"...eat a fail muffin dude.."
"I'm gonna beat you so bad"
"No way man! I'm gonna serve you a fail muffin!"

A failure of epic proportions, often happening during an attempt at what should have been easily attainable.

similar to suck at life, but substantially worse.
1. to fail at every attempt to contribute too society, any attempts at talent, and often any attempt to breathe.
2. a phrase used when someone does something terribly wrong that frustrates another.
1. a lesmouches is a natural.
2. guy1: I like Nine Inch Nails! guy2: you fail at life!

The epic disappointment felt when you feel the urge to sneeze and it doesn't happen. Especially annoying when someone says "bless you" when you're making the I-have-to-sneeze face and then you can't sneeze.

Usually said by lame high school underclassmen who haven't realized that it's not a cool thing to say, and in turn look like complete idiots to anyone who happened to hear them.
Bill: Hey Steve, can I borrow your calculator?
Steve: Oh sure. *attempts to hand Bill his calculator, but accidentally drops it*
Bill: EPIC FAIL!
Steve: Oh sorry, I thought you were cool. No, you can't borrow my calculator.
Jim: And I don't want to be friends with you anymore.

Some one who has failed Sex Ed. at least one time and has been, or currently is, pregnant; usually a teenage girl.
Wow, look at her, she got held back twice AND she's pregnant.
