He's always out to have a good time, flirts a lot and has cheeky banter. However, if women are too keen, he tends to respond with indifference. This makes women fall for him obsessively as they want to be the "one" to change his reckless ways and convince him to settle down and boyfriend them. Scottie Too Hottie tends to come up with ridiculously catchy phrases for his team members, is the life of the party but will "ghost" as he gets easily bored. He likes to take selfies, especially topless in front of mirrors.

Say some girl likes a guy at a club, so she follows him around and tries to talk to him at every chance she gets, even though he is clearly uninterested.

'No cost too great' is an iconic and recurring line said by the Pale King from the game Hollow Knight. It is often humorously used in situations where a person does something that is too much work, just to reach their goal, e.g. sacrificing thousands of your children just to chain and lock one for years to contain a moth God.
