Person 1: Dude! I passed the Tweet limit today and I couldn't tweet for like an hour!

One who tweets, or posts to Twitter, while shitting. This was originally used in webcomic Penny Arcade on April 23, 2008.

2. Metaphorically describes someone who won't stop broadcasting their stupid shit. By far more frequent and disturbing.

twitter has a ton of really great quote accounts. nobody posts shit like what they are doing every two seconds any more. if you are considering getting a twitter, you should get one. its matured.
