Neo is a godlike entity who resides on Earth. His ability to complete Electronics homework knows no bounds, and his midterm marks for Math are higher than all of his peers except Paul. His godlike wisdom extends to all fields, making him omnipotent. His friends, who are far beneath him, refer to him as a kind individual who always carries them for assignments. However, labwork is inferior to his god status, so he chooses to listen to his favourite Harry Potter music.

Neo is the kind of person you can always ask for help. He may be very quite and shy, but you can tell him just about anything and he will listen and respond without any judgement. You don't want to lose him once you're in his comfortzone.
Neo isn't a people person, even though everyone seems to know him.
Neo's also put everyone else before himself, so don't be scared to put him before everyon else once in a while. Just be wary of his awkwardness.
The sexuality of these Neo's seems to be a mystery to outsiders. He shows affection to just about anyone who is nice to him. Only Neo knows.
Person1: Help I have a technical problem.
Person2: The answer is Neo.
Person1: A Neo just came to me.
Person2: That's not very Neo of him, maybe he has a crush on you.
Neo: A prefix before a word that usually resembles "smaller or lesser version of" or "newer or reformed version of".
That group of kids over there, they are a neo-gang!
During part of the 20th century, science fiction fans (and maybe some other fandoms) used "neo" the way newbie and noob are used today.
What are you, a neo? Only neos and mundanes use "sci fi". A trufan (true fan) knows it's SF.
(That was before the Sci Fi Channel, of course.)
Go easy on him, he's a neo.
