Alternative fact are false statements that can be true in atleast one alternative reality.
- Jimmy is crazy if he really thinks the earth is flat.
- Yes, he is crazy, he believes in alternative facts.

Alternative facts cited which have been ignored by one's opponent in a disagreement. Fact: "My client slipped on your floor and broke his neck!" Alternative fact: "Your client dropped a banana peel onto the floor, and then stepped on it!"
