Eat A Cat Day is a national holiday that occurrs on November 27th, first celebrated in 1219, it was a day to make revenge on Sir Catsburg, who owned 1000 cats, but treated his people very badly, and only cared for his cats. So the people ate his cats in revenge. It became a national holiday in 1947.. Eat A Cat Day was officially banned in America in 1980, because the president thought it was insane to eat cats
