Don't give that homeless guy a burrito or he will end up with a case of street chili.

When you are all alone and bored so you just look in the mirror and be like welcome to chili's. On rare occasions it is used by the chili's staff to welcome.

A delicious gourmet chili with a special secret ingredient home made with love and care, particularly the kind you would submit in a church chili contest. One table spoon per cup of chili, (it really gets pastor Jeffrey talking.)
